Crazyland ist mein erstes Album und dokumentiert die Anfänge meiner Musikproduktion. In dieser Zeit habe ich einfach ausprobiert, was musikalisch alles möglich ist. Ich habe mit unterschiedlichen Genres, Sounds und Ideen experimentiert, ohne mich bewusst auf eine Richtung festzulegen.
Genau dadurch ist dieses Album entstanden. Die 15 Titel reichen von Trance und Hard Trance über Techno und Makina bis hin zu Dance und anderen elektronischen Einflüssen. Manche Tracks sind melodisch, andere deutlich härter oder ungewöhnlicher. Rückblickend erklärt genau diese Mischung auch den Albumtitel Crazyland – verrückt, abwechslungsreich und voller musikalischer Experimente.
Heute höre ich in vielen Titeln natürlich noch den Anfänger heraus. Trotzdem gehört Crazyland für mich zu den spannendsten Alben meiner frühen Zeit, weil es zeigt, wie ich meinen eigenen Stil Schritt für Schritt entwickelt habe.
